Honesty Policy: Zatch Creations will not knowingly copy anyone else's work, and would hope that no one will likewise copy ours. That being said, please feel free to use any work found herein as a source of inspiration if you make your own pieces. Zatch Creations is glad to provide details on where materials we use can be obtained, and are always willing to help other aspiring artisans. Pricing Policy: All prices are final. I have carefully worked out each price in accordance with the materials cost and the time spent making each piece. Many of these pieces are more time intensive than they look. We want everyone to have leather and chainmail products, but we need to afford to keep feeding our artistic habit. Commissions Policy: Zatch Creations loves commission work, and can work with you to both design and develop your vision. No project is too big or small! The more detail and input you provide, the closer the result will be to your desire. Here is how the process works: We will work with you to establish a firm plan of how the piece or pieces will be made, and a cost for the piece will be determined. Half of the commission cost will be required down front, and is non-refundable. I will then begin work on the piece, and have an estimate for a reasonable completion time for the product provided to you. After the piece is completed, with the other half of the commission cost, the product is yours! If you change your mind about the piece or do not respond to communication within thirty (30) days of completion, the item will go on sale to the public. |
